    Storefronts that stop the street.

Holographic windows turn passers-by into footfall, and footfall into dwell. Replace flat LED with depth that reads from twenty meters away.

    Challenge

Flagship retail competes with a phone in every pocket. Static window vinyl and flat LED have lost the attention war — shoppers walk past without registering the brand. Conversion at the threshold has eroded steadily for a decade, and traditional signage refresh cycles measured in weeks cannot keep up with drop culture.

Operators face a second problem: the cost of physical merchandising. Setting a window takes a team a full night, and changing it requires the same labor again. Seasonal campaigns lose impact because the cost-per-change discourages iteration.

The brief, then, is twofold — recover attention at the curb, and dissolve the cost of changing what shoppers see.

    Approach

We deploy HoloBox Pro units in window positions, calibrated for daylight legibility and viewable from the opposite sidewalk. Content is pushed from a central CMS — a global brand can refresh every store in a region in under a minute.

Each unit ships with a content pipeline tuned for retail: 30-second loops, motion-led narratives, and product hero shots that rotate hourly. The content team works in After Effects and our converter handles the rest.

For interior moments, HoloMini units sit on plinths beside the physical product, showing the inside of a watch, the stitching of a bag, or the cutaway of a sneaker — depth that no flat photograph can render.

    Outcome

Stores running holographic windows report measurable lift in dwell time and basket size within the first quarter, with the strongest gains on launch days when content can be themed precisely to the drop.

Operationally, merchandising labor falls because seasonal sets are now software, not vinyl. The window becomes a channel, not a build.
