Section 01
Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes activities that are not permitted on the Nexa Hologram service. It exists to keep our customers, their audiences, and the public safe, and to ensure the integrity of the systems we operate. The AUP supplements our Terms of Use and applies to anyone who uses the Service in any capacity.
Section 02
Prohibited content
You may not upload, store, transmit, or display content that:
- is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the rights of any person;
- infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights;
- depicts non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, or otherwise exploits any person;
- harasses, threatens, or incites violence against any individual or group;
- promotes terrorism, organized criminal activity, or illegal weapons;
- uses an Avatar of any real person without their documented consent for that specific use; or
- is materially misleading in a context where it could be reasonably mistaken for an authentic statement or appearance by a real person.
Section 03
Prohibited conduct
You may not:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or any related system;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without our written consent;
- interfere with the operation of the Service through denial-of-service attacks, mass requests, or similar techniques;
- distribute malware, ransomware, or any harmful code;
- scrape, crawl, or collect data from the Service except via documented APIs and within published rate limits;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, content protections, or usage limits;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or the source of any content;
- use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose, including sublicensing access without our written agreement.
Section 04
Reporting abuse
To report content or behavior that you believe violates this AUP, email abuse@nexahologram.com with as much detail as you can provide, including URLs or device identifiers, dates and times, and a description of the issue. We acknowledge reports within two business days and investigate in priority order based on severity.
Section 05
Enforcement
We may take any action we consider appropriate to address violations, including:
- Warning — written notice asking you to remove the content or stop the conduct.
- Removal or suspension — taking down specific content, disabling specific features, or suspending the account.
- Termination — closing the account and ending the commercial relationship.
- Reporting — notifying law enforcement where we believe illegal activity has occurred.
For severe violations — including child exploitation, credible threats of violence, and active intrusion attempts — we may act without prior notice.
Section 06
Appeals
If you believe we have taken enforcement action in error, you may appeal by emailing appeals@nexahologram.com within 30 days of the action. Include your account identifier, the action you are appealing, and any context you would like us to consider. A reviewer who was not involved in the original decision will respond within ten business days.
