Section 01
Our commitment
Nexa Hologram is committed to making our website and products accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe holographic presence has the potential to remove barriers, not create them, and we design with that goal at every stage.
We continually review our digital and physical experiences against recognized accessibility standards and improve them based on user feedback, third-party audits, and changes in best practice.
Section 02
Conformance status
We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities and is widely recognized as the international standard for digital accessibility.
Our website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most content meets the standard, with a small number of known limitations listed below that we are actively addressing.
Section 03
Compatible technologies
The website is designed to work with:
- recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile;
- screen readers including VoiceOver (macOS, iOS), TalkBack (Android), NVDA, and JAWS (Windows);
- keyboard-only navigation, with visible focus states throughout;
- 200% browser zoom without loss of content or functionality.
Section 04
Known limitations
Despite our best efforts, the following areas have known accessibility limitations we are working to address:
- Some animated background effects may not be fully suppressed by the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting in older browser versions.
- Certain product demonstration videos do not yet have full descriptive audio tracks.
- Older case study PDFs may not have a fully tagged accessible reading order; new PDFs are produced to PDF/UA-1.
If you encounter any other barrier, please let us know — every report shortens the queue.
Section 05
Feedback
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and products. Contact us at accessibility@nexahologram.com with the page or product, the assistive technology you are using, and a description of the barrier. We aim to respond within five business days with a remediation plan or timeline.
Section 06
Date of last assessment
The accessibility status above reflects an internal assessment completed on May 1, 2026. The next external audit is scheduled within 12 months of that date.
